Q. What kinds of products does Wheel and Tire Outfitters sell?
A. We currently sell a large variety of wheels from the the hottest brands in the coolest styles that are sure to turn heads your way. We also sell high quality brands of tires that provide optimal performance and control in just about any particular environment condition. However, Wheel and Tire Outfitters will be introducing other products that will compliment every wheel or tire purchase. Soon we will be introducing a variety of cleaning solutions, polishing compounds and tools, security lug nuts, and more. If you have any suggestions please let us know and we will do our best to get the products you want at the lowest price possible.
Q. How long does it take to process an order?
A. From the time you submit your order or send a quote request, to the time you recieve your package could be as soon as 4 days. The length of payment process mostly depends on your chosen method of payment. If you pay by Credit Card or Debit Card it can take as much as 2 to 4 business days for the payment to clear. Some banks and credit card companies take less time than others. This is common with any online store, especially for high dollar items. Once the payment has been processed we will ship your item to the address you provide. If the address is different than that of the card holder you must contact us and fill out a form for approval. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout or in your quote request. You will have the choice of next day, 2 day, or ground which is 4-6 days. Note, shipping times may be longer during holidays and weekends.
Q. What if I don’t like the wheels when I get them?
A. If you simply don’t like what you purchased and there are no markings on the original packaging, you may return the item(s) and refund your money less shipping charges and 25% restocking fee. If you want to return any wheels after you have put them on the vehicle you may still be able to return them only with our approval. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that wheelandtireoutfitters.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Q. What if the product is damaged when I get it?
A. Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where wheelandtireoutfitters.com is providing shipment) may be returned to wheelandtireoutfitters.com for full credit, but only upon verification by wheelandtireoutfitters.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by wheelandtireoutfitters.com. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
